METABOLIC CONDITIONING :

Complete as many rounds as possible in 115 minutes of:

200-m run
10 pull-ups

200-m run
5 ring dips

Double-unders
Sit-ups

one team member starts D.U. - one starts Sit-Ups. Switch when both are finished. Both members do all of the reps.
