3 x 12 reps of banded lat pull down to hips with straight arms - highest resistance possible

**If you are working on a pull up/surpassing 5
3 x 5-7 negative pull ups - jump into position and lower as slowly as possible
If you can’t keep a lower tempo of at least 4 seconds, use a foot to assist
